The off-road drainage system generally consists of the drainage facilities outside road right-of-way (ROW) where the County has an easement of ownership.
Regional Drainage (Community Investment Program) -
Develop, manage and implement the Community Investment Program that identifies and provides permanent, corrective solutions to regional and off-road drainage issues that impact Polk County. Manage the restoration and continued maintenance of drainage systems.
The purpose of the site is to advise and direct citizens of Polk County with drainage, and flooding problems or concerns.
