Vendor Registration Information

On January 9, 2012, Polk County Procurement implemented Oracle iSupplier; iSupplier is an electronic supplier registration process whereby suppliers are able to monitor company information along with the ability to retrieve information regarding purchase orders and payments.

Notice of Bids

Current solicitations are posted on Procurement's Notice of Bids page.  Bidders are advised that Polk County ONLY advertises active solicitations on Procurement's webpage.  Information accessed elsewhere may be outdated or incorrect.  Should a bidder receive notification of a current Polk County solicitation from any other source at any time, the bidder is encouraged to visit the Notice of Bids page for accurate and timely information.

 

During the solicitation phase of the procurement, information is posted on the Notice of Bids page.  Information includes the solicitation document (or instructions on how to purchase the document from Copy World, the sole distributor of construction bid documents for Polk County), Bid Opening dates, all issued addenda, electronic Bid Sheets (if applicable), Mandatory pre-bid meeting information, Pre-bid meeting lists or Planholders lists, and the name of the Procurement professional responsible for the solicitation.

 

Once the solicitation has been opened, information regarding the analysis and award phases are posted on the Bid Status page.  Information is posted as it becomes available.
