Mission Statement and Purpose

The Social Services Division preserves, protects and improves the quality of life for Polk County residents through efficient, effective, coordinated delivery of top quality human/social services and the development of strong partnerships that foster and advance this mission. 

Social Services Division Includes:  Adult Day Healthcare Centers, Rohr Home, Veterans Services, Volunteer Polk, Elderly Services, Healthy Families, Housing and Neighborhood Development, and Transit Services.
