Polk County Parks & Recreation presents Camp R.O.C.K., a summer day camp for children that have graduated kindergarten through age 12.

REGISTRATION:
*Registration begins in April. Camp locations and registration dates can be found on the flyer. CLICK HERE TO VIEW THE FLYER
*Enrollment is open to any child that has graduated from kindergarten through age 12.
*Registration is based on a two week session. This is an eight week program broken into four sessions. The cost per session is $100 for the first child, $80 for the second child, and $70 for any additional children. Financial assistance is available for eligible applicants. Please see the second page of the flyer for details.
*Payment is required in full in order to register your child. Registering for one session does not guarantee your child a spot in another session, so it is reommended that you register your child for as many (multiple or all) sessions as you need. Once a camp location is full, we will take names for a waiting list.
*Registration includes all field trips and will definitely include lunches for all campers (a menu will be provided). CLICK HERE TO VIEW THE FIELD TRIPS


CAMP DETAILS:
*Camp runs Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. from June 18 through August 10. Camp is closed on Wednesday, July 4.
*Session 1: June 18 through 29; Session 2: July 2 through July 13 (closed on July 4); Session 3: July 16 through July 27; Session 4: July 30 through August 10.
*Each camp location can accomodate 60 students per session.

LOCATIONS:
Auburndale - Boswell Elementary School, 2820 K-Ville Avenue, Auburndale, 33823. Registration is April 19th from 6-8 p.m.
Lakeland - Crystal Lake Elementary School, 700 Galvin Drive, Lakeland, 33801. Registration is May 8th from 6-8 p.m.
Lakeland - Sleepy Hill Elementary School, 2285 Sleepy Hill Road, Lakeland, 33810. THIS CAMP LOCATION IS FULL (05/01/2012).
Lake Wales - Hillcrest Elementary School, 1051 S.R. 60 East, Lake Wales, 33853. Registration is April 26th from 6-8 p.m.
Poinciana - Lake Marion Creek Elementary School, 3055 Lake Marion Creek Drive, Poinciana, 34759. Registration is April 24th from 6-8 p.m.
Polk City - Polk City Elementary School, 125 S. Bougainvillea Avenue, Polk City, 33868. Registration is April 17th from 6-8 p.m.
Winter Haven - Chain of Lakes Elementary School, 7001 C.R. 653, Winter Haven, 33884. THIS CAMP LOCATION IS FULL (05/02/2012).
