All updated and current changes to the Land Development Code may not be reflected on this document because the Code will only be updated on a bi-annual basis. Refer to the bottom of this web page to see new ordinances, in effect, but not yet incorporated into the document. To determine when a chapter has been updated, refer to the bottom right corner of any page (except the header page) in that chapter to find the revision date. If you need to obtain a copy of the most current Land Development Code, please contact the Land Development Division at 863-534-6792.
Because the entire LDC is a very large document, and could take a considerable amount of time to download to your computer, it has been divided into sections by chapter.
To view chapters simply click on the underlined link and you will see only that chapter. With this format you no longer need to download the entire LDC to view a single chapter.
