LDC Ord_ 13-018 Amends Section 303, Criteria for Conditional Use – Mining, Non-phosphate, Section 670, Wellhead Protection to amend certain criteria related to non-phosphate mining; specifically, criteria regarding the haul route road classification and mining activity within Zone 1 of a wellhead protection area under certain conditions and adding definitions to Chapter 10.
LDC Ord 13-020 Amended to implement changes mandated by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA); modifying and updating development processes and standards, terminology and definitions, exemptions and variances, map adoption processes and staff responsibilities.
LDC ORd 13-039 A text amendment to Section 205, Table 2.1 Table of Standard Land Use Districts, Section 303, Criteria for Conditional Uses, and Chapter 10, Definitions to separate Flea Markets into two separate use categories.
LDC Ord 13-023 Amendment to Section 401.06, Table 4.16 of the Land Development Code (LDC) to allow Vehicle Sales and Leasing Establishments, Vehicle Services (Mechanical), and Incidental Carwashes as Conditional Uses (C2) and Convenience Stores and Gas Stations as Conditional Uses (C3) within the Employment Center (ECX) Future Land Use district of the North Ridge Selected Area Plan (SAP). The text amendment also includes amending Section 401.06.E.3, Conditional Uses, of the LDC to add conditional use development criteria for the above mentioned uses within the ECX district of the North Ridge SAP.
