Steps to Reporting a Maintenance Issue
- Determine the location of your maintenance issue.
- Determine type of maintenance needed. (non-routine / urgent / general maintenance )
- Submit a request by e-mail for urgent/general maintenance requests to:
- Downtown Bartow Locations: CourthouseMaintenance@polk-county.net
- Rest of County/County Wide Buildings: FacilitiesHelpDesk@polk-county.net
- Include in the e-mail all of the following items
- Contact Name
- Phone Number
- Building ID Number* (see below)
- Description of location and problem.
- Submit a request by calling Facilities Maintenance directly for urgent/general maintenance at:

- Rest of County / County Wide Buildings: 863-534-5511
- For urgent requests during non-working hours contact Comm. C at 863-534-0360.
- Prepare a
Request for Service Form for Non-Routine maintenance issues.
