Pre-Bid Conference: A MANDATORY pre proposal meeting will be held Tuesday, December 2, 2025, 10:00 a.m. at the Polk County Administration Building (4th Floor), located at 330 W. Church St, Conference Room 413, Bartow, FL 33830. An authorized representative or agent of the Proposer must be present at this meeting in person or via conference as evidenced by their signature on the meeting’s sign-in sheet, or the Proposer’s Proposal will be considered non-responsive.
