  • World War I Commemoration Postponed

    Due to the impact of Hurricane Irma, the World War I Commemoration at Oak Hill Cemetery in Bartow on Saturday, Sept. 16. has been postponed until a later date.

  • First Point of Distribution (POD) Site Set Up In Fort Meade

    A Point of Distribution (POD) has been set up at Fort Meade Park, located at 1235 9th St NE, Fort Meade, FL 33841.

    Residents in need of water and food are able to get one case of water and one Meal, Ready-to-Eat, commonly known as MRE, per visit. The MRE is a water-activated self-contained complete meal. Those in need may also visit the POD multiple times.
