Pre-Bid Conference: A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held Thursday, April 24, 2025, 10:00 a.m. at the Southwest Regional WWTF located at 2000 4th Street, Mulberry, Florida. A MANDATORY site visit will immediately follow. An authorized representative or agent of the Bidder must be present at the meeting and site visit as evidenced by their signature on the meeting’s sign-in sheet, or the Bidder’s bid will be considered non-responsive.
