Evaluating Programs the SMART Way: A Guide for Community Organizations

The Community Health Care section of Polk County’s Health and Human Services Division is providing nonprofit organizations with the tools they need to carry out their mission. Evaluating Programs the SMART Way: A Guide for Community Organizations is a workshop aimed at helping organizations be more competitive for funding opportunities, improve their processes and measure their success. Participants will learn how to set SMART goals for their organizations, examine real-world case studies and leave with practical tools to better advocate for their causes and their communities.

This workshop is ideal for professionals from community organizations with a mission to improve quality of life for Polk County residents. Admission to the workshop is free. Registration is required.
