Andrea Nikolai will discuss some the key foods that have been found to help with brain health, and Eileen Poiley will talk about treatable conditions that can affect memory and lifestyle habits to maximize brain health and reduce your risk for dementia.
Eileen will also discuss when to worry: What is normal memory loss and what isn’t?
