Pre-Bid Conference: A MANDATORY pre-bid will be held Tuesday, November 4, 2025, 11:00 a.m. at the Polk County Administration building, located at 330 W. Church St, First Floor, Procurement Conference Room 150, Bartow, FL 33830. A MANDATORY site visit will immediately follow at 650 E Robson Street, Lakeland, FL 33805. An authorized representative or agent of the Bidder must be present at this meeting, as evidenced by their signature on the meeting’s sign-in sheet, or the Bidder’s Submittal will be considered non-responsive.
