Impact Fees Rate Schedules

On Sept. 18, 2018, safety related impact fees are increasing. To qualify for the current fee rate, customers must submit their building permit application on or before Sept. 17, 2018. But that isn't all. Customers must also receive their building permits within six months of submitting the application and receive a certificate of occupancy within two years of the permit being issued.
