The Polk County History Center will host a 2-day training session for those municipalities and counties across the state who have achieved Certified Local Government status. Polk County Historical Commission Members, acting as Polk County’s Historical Resources Advisory Board, will participate on both days. Training will be held at the History Center, 100 East Main Street in Bartow. One or more commissioners may be present.
