Bartow, Fla. (Oct. 31, 2025) – In November, CSX Transportation (CSXT) will close two rail crossings in Lakeland for repairs.
Scheduled rail crossing closures and openings are listed below. All lanes of travel across the tracks will be closed at that location until repairs are completed.
North Crystal Lake Drive will close at 10 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 10 and re-open at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 13 at the rail crossing between Bartow Road and Bonisee Circle.
North Florida Avenue will close at 6 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 15 and reopen at 10 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 16 at the rail crossing between Pine Street and Main Street.
Residents are asked to plan alternative routes as needed.
