Winter Lake Road Reopened to Full Traffic

Bartow, Fla. (August 11, 2022) - Polk County Utilities and FDOT report that State Road 540 (Winter Lake Road) has been temporarily repaired and reopened to full traffic again between Thornhill and Spirit Lake Roads. According to FDOT, there will be nighttime lane closures next week for asphalt repair, but no plan for a full closure.
