Bartow, Fla. (Nov. 13, 2025) – Presidents Drive closed at 7 a.m. on Nov. 13 for drainage improvements. Presidents drive between U.S. Highway 27 and Washington Street in Lake Wales will be closed until drainage improvements are completed. The roadway is expected to reopen at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 30.
Residents are asked to plan alternative routes as needed.
