You can use Lake Jessie’s boat ramp, located on the west side of the Winter Haven lake, to get out on the water and fish for largemouth bass and bluegill. Lake Jessie is part of Winter Haven’s Chain of Lakes, a series of 16 Florida lakes that are connected by canals, and being on the water provides great views of the nearby airport.
