Bartow, Fla. (July 24, 2025) — The Polk County Legislative Delegation will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, Aug. 12 at the Polk County Government Administration Building in the Commissioner’s Boardroom located at 330 W. Church St. in Bartow, Florida.
The annual public meeting is an opportunity for residents, elected officials, cities and local governments, and other civic organizations to address the delegation before the start of the 2026 Legislative Session.
Persons wishing to address the delegation may request to be placed on the agenda by submitting a presentation request form.
Speaker’s forms maybe filled out on the day of the meeting. Registered speakers will be afforded three minutes to address the delegation, in the order in which the requests are received, up to 5 p.m.
If you do not send information ahead of time, please bring eight copies of all handouts to the meeting for distribution.
Spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. To accommodate as many speakers as possible in this meeting’s agenda, groups presenting to the delegation are requested to have one individual speak on behalf of their organization.
