Polk County’s Parks and Natural Resources Division will host a hiring event on Friday, Oct. 18, for recreation coordinator positions. There are multiple vacancies.

RECREATION COORDINATOR – I, II, III, IV, V ($16.85HR – $23.71HR)
Schedules 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, (frequent nights and weekends)
- 1 position for Wilfred Smith Center, Winter Haven
- 2 positions for Eloise Center, Eloise
- 1 position for Medulla Center, Lakeland
- 3 positions for Bartow Office, Airbase
A representative from Polk County’s recruitment team will be available at the event to conduct on-the-spot interviews and to assist candidates with the application process. All applicants must complete the online application prior to attending the hiring event. The ability to communicate in English is a requirement for all Polk County positions.
