He Wasn’t a Captain! Correcting Myths and Mistakes Using Modern Methods, presented by Megan Ann Clark Young.
Avoid the pitfalls of accepting incorrect information as fact. Learn how to identify myths and mistakes, and how to correct them and share the information with others using a variety of modern methods. Megan Ann Clark Young has spent the last 25 years researching her Scots-Irish, Swedish and German lines. She knocked down brick walls, digitized and shared boxes of family records and learned a lot along the way. She is employed as a full-time forensic genealogist and is currently working on her Board-Certified Genealogist portfolio.
