Celebrate the spirit of the season at the History Center while shopping in downtown Bartow for Small Business Saturday! Festivities will include a specially curated tour of the Festival of Wreaths at the History Center, holiday cookies and performances by the Frostproof High School Chorus.
Festival of Wreaths Tour: Take a holly jolly guided tour of the Festival of Wreath’s exhibition at the Polk County History Center. Learn more about the design of the wreaths, their unique meanings and the organizations and individuals they represent.
- Tours offered at 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
- Carols and Cookies: Following the tour of the Festival of Wreaths join us in celebrating the season through song. Snag a cookie and a seat while you enjoy carols sung by the Frostproof High School Chorus. Joining the History Center for the sixth year, the Frostproof Chorus has performed for the White House, the Candlelight Processional at EPCOT, at Carnegie Hall and recently opened for Foreigner’s farewell tour at the MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre.
