“Reaping a Harvest with Land Records” seeks to highlight useful information in land records that often goes overlooked. This includes information about family members, family dynamics, occupations and wealth. Utilizing land records, Larry W. Thomas has found legal separations, gifts of land to children and grandchildren, membership in associations and much more. Learn how to reap a harvest of information beneficial to your family history with these tools.

Larry W. Thomas is a retired U.S. Army captain who began his genealogy research 30 years ago. He started with his own Thomas family, which have been Georgia residents since the 1750s. Thomas began to research for clients in 2008, operating www.AtlantaGenealogy.com. He has also assisted in the TV show Finding Your Roots on several episodes. Thomas is a graduate of ProGen 38 and serves as a member of several professional organizations.
