Join Family and Consumer Sciences Agents LuAnn Duncan and Andrea Nikolai for this hands-on canning workshop where you will learn the two canning methods, water bath and pressure canning.
You can take the skills you learn to can many other foods, sauces, salsas or jams!
Choose from two class options on November 4:
- 9 a.m. to noon
- 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
We will be making Cosmic Carrots and Dill-icious Pickle Beans. You will be able to take your food home, so please bring a small box or towel with you as the jars will still be hot.
Materials are provided in class. Space is limited to 8 people per class.
Cost per ticket: $18. Eventbrite fees are nonrefundable, and no class fee refunds will be issued after Sunday, October 29.
