The Johnny and Freda Brooks Eloise Resource Center is one of five resource centers throughout Polk County. Each serves the residents in their respective communities. This center, named after community activists Johnny and Freda Brooks, is also home to a Sheriff’s Office substation. It maintains a computer lab for public use and it offers a variety of free programming and special events.

Rental of the multipurpose room is $50 for four hours, $25 each additional hour, with a $100 security deposit required. Occupancy is 130 with tables and chair, 276 with no tables (standing or sitting). For complete rental information, contact (863) 298-4485.
