The Polk County History Center will join Main Street Bartow in welcoming ghouls, goblins, superheroes and fairy princesses for a special trick or treat through the historic downtown district. Participating businesses will have black and orange balloons out front. This is a family friendly event and parking can be found throughout downtown, including at the Oaks Parking lot adjacent to the Post Office.
