Pre-Bid Conference: A NON-MANDATORY pre-proposal meeting will be held Friday, April 19, 2024, 1:00 p.m. EST at the County Administration Building, Room 413 located at 330 West Church Street, Bartow, FL 33830. The pre-proposal meeting will also be held using the Zoom video conferencing application. Bidders may join the Zoom meeting by clicking on the following meeting link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/89561711710?pwd=ZzlYNmRGbTRuRG5vTWF3R0VvMUlYZz09 Bidders that do not have a Zoom account will be prompted to download the application to join the meeting. When prompted, enter Meeting ID: 895 6171 1710.
