Bartow, Fla. (Oct. 6, 2023) — A weeklong sewer extension project in Lake Hamilton previously scheduled to close Lake Hatchineha Road just east of Scenic Highway (SR 17) on September 26 has been rescheduled to start Tuesday morning October 10 with an expedited reopening no later than Friday afternoon October 13. The detour route remains unchanged. Traffic will be briefly detoured to Water Tank Road and Detour Road to bypass work zone.
