Pre-Bid Conference: A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held Tuesday, February 13, 2024, 9:00 a.m. at the County Administration Building, 4th floor, Room 413, located at 330 W. Church St, Bartow, FL 33830. Prospective Bidders are required to visit all sites before attending this meeting. When attending the Mandatory pre-bid meeting, bidders will be asked to certify that all sites have been visited. An authorized representative or agent of the Bidder must be present at this meeting in person, as evidenced by their signature on the meeting’s sign-in sheet, or the Bidder’s submittal will be considered non-responsive.
